Remove the trim on the back if the centre console it is held by 6 clips that will just pop out, Get someone else to pull the handbrake up a couple of clicks then push on the metal part where the two cables attach to and let the handbrake back down you should here a few clicks as it adjusts.
do this a couple of times until your happy with the adjustment
