BMW 3 Series starter replacement from 2005-2011. (e90)
-Skill level 3 out of 5.
-Recommend Factory, BOSCH, or VALEO brands.
-Bolts must be replaced , so order them.
-Recommend Dealer , pelicanparts.com or another reputable online parts co.
-In this video one of the aluminum bolts broke upon removal. It broke because the starter was replaced in the past and the last person reused the one time use bolts. The bolts are aluminum to prevent electrolysis from the magnesium section of the engine block .
