In this tutorial I will show you how to clean the throttle body and EGR valve on the 1.6 16v engine (codes AZD & BCB).
You can use this tutorial for Seat Leon 1m, Toledo 2, Vw golf 4 & Bora.

You don't need to calibrate the throttle body after installing it back. But the battery must be disconnected the entire time you're working on the throttle body & EGR valve.

Don't move the butterfly valve! If you move it, you may need to calibrate it with a VAG Com interface.
