How to change tie rod end / track rod end on SEAT IBIZA 3 (6L) 1.4 Hatchback 2002–2009 [TUTORIAL AUTODOC]

Tie rod end on SEAT Córdoba II Saloon (6L2) (09.2002–11.2009) / SKODA Fabia I Hatchback (6Y2) (08.1999–03.2008) / SKODA Fabia II Hatchback (542) (12.2006–12.2014) / SKODA Roomster (5J) (03.2006–05.2015) / VW Polo IV Hatchback (9N) (10.2001–11.2009) cars should be changed, as a rule, according to one and the same procedure.

0:37 — Raise the front of the car and secure on supports.
1:03 — Clean the fastener connecting the tie rod end to the steering knuckle.
1:25 — Loosen the lock nut securing the tie rod end to the tie rod.
1:37 — Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle.
2:36 — Screw on the fastening nut that connects the tie rod end to the steering knuckle.
2:46 — Tighten the tie rod end locknut.
3:28 — Screw in the wheel bolts.
