I have shown as much detail as I can, sadly the actual final fitting of the new brake pads all you would have seen is my back. Fiddly fitting them into the retaining clamps but not difficult if you take your time. I am not a mechanic and this is the first time I have changed the pads on one of these cars. The front pads from Vauxhall are around £175.00 including VAT, then there is the labour charge on top. My local dealer charges around £160.00 per hour. The Brembo pads from Euro car parts were £50.99 + our time.
