This is a glass replacement for a nearside door mirror on a 2008 Vauxhall (Opel) Vectra. It is a fitting system that I have seen used on some GM cars and pick-up trucks in the USA, so my guess is that it's a pretty universal fitment across the GM range worldwide.

It's very straightforward. The trickiest bits are getting the metal clip removed from the old glass backing and fitted onto the new backing, and then getting the circular movement inside the housing set so that there is a good range of adjustment when the glass is attached.
