process will be very similar to all BMW's 2009 and up with N63 engine:
550i - 650i - 750i - 750Li - X5 50i - X6 50i

Always use good oil and filter brands to pervert and premature damage to you engine.
Replace you engine oil every 5,000 - 9,000 miles to prolong the life of your engine.
