Not the best video. I was super tired and there was real trouble getting the camera in a good spot but I think there's enough here to help you change the engine mounts easily. My car is definitely smoother running now but I wish I changed the transmission mount as well, however with X-Drive that's way too big a job requiring exhaust removal and transfer case shenanigans.

For this job you will need.
8mm socket and Phillips screwdriver to remove the plastic undercover
16mm socket for the aluminum skid plate and passenger side mount to engine nut.
E12 for driver's side mount to engine bolt.
E10 for mount to subframe bolts.
A long extension or a series of extensions with an elbow to reach all the mount bolts.
Jacking the engine from underneath close to the side with the mount you are replacing is the way to go; use a piece of wood to distribute the weight so you don't damage the sump.
Don't snap the bolts holding the mount to the subframe, the torque is just barely tight.

Good luck and happy wrenching.
