Today we are replacing the alternator on a BMW X3 E83 2.0 diesel.

Tools needed,
- 3/8 ratchet
- 3/8 wobble adapter
- 3/3 long extension
- 3/8 5mm hex drive socket
- 3/8 10mm deep drive socket
- 3/8 13mm deep drive socket
- 3/8 16mm deep drive socket
- 24mm spanner
- 3/8 T25 & T30 drive sockets
- Flathead screwdriver
- 17mm stubby ratchet spanner
- 3/8 powered impact driver & sidewinder (optional)

When we say tighten it up if it needs torquing that is down to you to find the necessary settings not us, as all vehicles are different.
