This is how i replaced the front wishbone/lower arm on my sons 2006 Ford Ka.
They were advised on the last Mot for movement/cracking of the bushes.
I like to replace the arms as a pair but it's not necessary, as these were only £50 inc delivery for both, it seemed rude not to.
No specialist tools required for this task, just normal hand tools!
