Replacing the starter motor on my Ford Mondeo Mk4 2.0L TDCI to resolve poor starting issues. This is the second video I've made regarding poor starting. The first can be found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFgzWu5obLg.

The starter motor worked but drew far too much current causing voltage drops on cables and connections so that only 8v appeared across the motor. Even with the fault the engine would start on the second or third crank. With the new starter motor the engine starts immediately and I have 11v across the motor and less than 0.4v drop on the battery to starter motor cable.
