Mondeo mk3 ST220 wishbone poly bush upgrade (project st220), this video shows how to remove the wishbones/lower arm on a mondeo st220 and replace the bushes with poly bushes from Flo-Flex

Well where do I start, lol. This job has been some what testing but with some time can be done at home some some basic tools. The way I have chosen to do this may not be the way other choose to do this.

So half way thru doing this project my old red workstation collapsed which ment I had to sort that out before I could continue with this job so that is way it has taken a while to get this video out.
