This video was performed on a 2011 Mercedes W212 E300 with a M272 Engine.

The car started having rough idle but with no check engine light engine.
Checking with an OBD2 scanner I got a P0407 code.
P0407 is for exhaust gas recirculation sensor b circuit low.
After cleaning the EGR/Air Shutoff Valve in the video the rough idle was reduced a lot.
