In this video I show how to remove and replace the serpentine belt (V-belt / auxiliary belt) on a Mercedes-Benz A-Class A140 W168 2003.
A worn or damaged belt can cause squealing noises, charging problems, or loss of auxiliary systems such as the alternator.

I demonstrate how to access the belt, safely release the tensioner, remove the old belt, and correctly route and fit the new belt.

This guide applies to Mercedes A-Class W168 models, particularly the A140 petrol engine, with similar auxiliary belt layouts.
