In this episode, my driver side door lock is finnicky and while it says its locked, the motor can't lock the door. This gives a false perception that your car is locked when it isn't. And parts are unobtanium, so I did some digging on the forums and found a Dorman part that was able to be purchased used off of Amazon relatively cheaply.
Unfortunately the car didn't like the actuator so I ended up taking it apart and swapping the motor which is identical. Once assembled, the casing kept coming apart so I had to glue it back together. All in all if you know what to look for and document the position of the actuator before you remove it, it isn't a bad job, just annoying due to tight clearances.
