This video shows you how to drop the subframe on a Mini R56, R55, R57, R58 and R59. This is required to replace the suspension bushes - also to access the gearbox when changing the clutch.

Not for the home mechanic - you need a lift, 2 transmission jacks and a press of somekind - we use the lift itself.
