How to replace Exhaust Bolts Mini 2000-2006 First Generation R50 R53.

Apparently a common fault on the First Generation BMW Mini is rusty Mini exhaust bolts.
The BMW Mini Rear Exhaust Bolts get very rusty & eventually shear off when you try to undo the Nuts to replace the Rubber Mounts.

On my Mini R50 exhaust rear bolts 2 were ok but 2 had sheared off. This is how I got it fixed.
BMW Mini how to replace rusted exhaust mounting bolts is fairly tricky job.
