2002 Mini Cooper R50 rear strut replacement procedure. My rear struts were completely gone as the car was only about an inch above my tires. When I replaced them it raised them up and soften the ride. It was like ride on coilovers the entire time I was driving the car. This was such a harsh ride. I replaced them with Meyle shocks from FCP euro.
