I was meaning to do this at the 100 000km service of the car but only got chance now it wasn't easy finding a video for this specific car so here you go. I hope this helps someone, it didn't take along at all maybe 30mins. Also I AM NOT A MECHANIC I'm doing this all myself and learning as I go.
