This video shows how I replaced the Battery in my Honda Civic. The battery I chose was from Costco at $73, generally it is available for around $100 and the time it takes to do this entire job is around 10 minutes. You might be charged a core fee where you buy your battery, the store will refund this fee when you return your old battery. You cannot buy unsealed lead acid batteries online because they can't be shipped. You can, however, buy a sealed AGM battery online, make sure it has at least 340 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps). However you need to take the time to properly dispose of the old battery at an automotive store, a store that sells batteries, or a recycling center that accepts them. Take the time to dispose of your old battery, remember the environment you are protecting isn't just trees, it is also the people, pets and children you love! The work performed in the video was on a 2014 Honda Civic EX model but yours will be very similar.
