In this video you can see how to change a turbo, step by step. These steps are also specifically for a Honda CR-V 2007‐2009 2.2 L diesel i-CTDi.

Be gentle with everything you remove, some parts are sensitive and can break, like the small coolant line for example or anything else, be patient.

Things needed:
New oil and new oil filter
New air filter
New coolant, like 5 liters
Engine cleaner (or any degreaser for the dirty parts), like 3 cans
Grease
Silicone grease
Anti seize

Tools needed:
Long socket wrench with flexible head
10, 12 and 14 mm sockets
Longer 14 mm socket
14 mm wrench
Torque wrench or torque adapter

You may also need:
Penetrating oil
Gas heater
Locking pliers
