Replacement of the noisyTiming Chain in Honda CR-V mk3 2.2 i-CDTI 2008

In order to raplace timing chain, you will have to remove: injectors, electric connectors and harnes, vacuum pipes, fuel pipes, valve cover (rocker cover), auxiliary belt, cranckshaf pulley, upper mount brakets of the engine, timing chain cover and Finaly you will get to the Timing Chain and all that stuff that you need (but don`t want:) to replace.
tools, sockets or wrenches: sockets 1/4", 3/8", 3/4", 1", 10mm, 12mm 14mm,17mm, 19mm, pliers,
nose needle pliers,
special tool to hold crankshaft pulley (it`s a nut ~50mm with hole inside ~32mm welded to some rod) ,
torque ratchet, ratchets 1/4", 3/8", 3/4", 1" screwdrivers or some prybar, wd40, luck and patience and skills
