In this video you can watch how to change struts (springs, shock absorbers and mounts) step by step and part by part on a car, and how to build them into a whole strut.

This car is a Honda CR-V 2008 2.2 L i-CTDi. The process is almost the same on the fourth generation CR-V like 2013 model for example, and almost on every car.

When changing any part in the suspension system, change both sides at the same time.
