In this video I will show you how to remove and install a side mirror on a 2001 to 2008 Honda Fit. This also applies to the Honda Jazz for models outside of the USA.

Unfortunately this Honda Fit was in a small accident in a parking garage and hit the side mirror on a concrete column. We’re going to be replacing it with a new mirror in this video.

Steps
Remove screw on door handle
Remove trim for arm rest
Remove 3 screws holding on arm rest
Disconnect two connector for window and lock controls
Remove door panel
Disconnect mirror harness
Locate 3 nuts holding on the mirror
Remove mirror
Install mirror and do the steps in reverse for reassembly

The install only required basic tools and took about 1 hour to complete. I hope this video gives you the confidence to do it yourself too!
