My window regulator broke on my Audi TT MK2 and this is how I tackled the removal of it. It was my first attempt at it and it went smooth. Please be aware of the torque which the window glass is held in place when removing the bolts as these are not very tight and should be tightened to the same/similar pressure when refitting to prevent the glass from shattering.
