Learn how to replace engine mounts in an Audi A6 C6 the easy way.
In my case, worn engine mounts caused vibrations throughout the car when idling.

The toughest part is the upper bolt of the passenger-side mount. To improve access, I removed the air filter housing (you can also clean the MAF sensor at the same time) and used a 16mm flexible ring spanner.

💡 Tip: Do not fully unscrew the longest subframe bolt. I overdid it on one side and had to use a jack – alignment needs adjustment after this.

💡 Advice: Check the condition of other engine mounting components during replacement to prevent future issues.
