Changing the rear brake pads on an Audi A4 (B9) involves winding back the electronic parking brake EPB.

This is normally done via a scan tool via the OBDII port, but in this video I show how it can be done with a 12v battery and couple of lengths of cable.

This video does not show the exact details of the actual pad change as this is generally the same as doing the fronts, which is detailed in this video for the front brake pads:
