Getting ready to swap the clutch on my Volvo V50 1.6 diesel, so the transmission had to come out first. In this video, I walk through how I removed the gearbox. It’s a bit of a tight job, but totally doable with the right tools and some patience.

I go over what I used, a few things to watch out for, and some tips to make life easier if you’re tackling the same job.
