Due to two reasons you should change your wheel bearing.
1: When wheel bearing gets noisy.
2: When bearing become loose.
If you didn't change your bearing in case of noise so it could jam you wheel,also disturb your wheel hub and in case of loose bearing, your tyre may deteriorate fastly.
