This is a DIY guide, for repairing a broken power window gantry:

2. Remove the door panel.

3. Remove the bottom left Y plate

4. Remove the up left plastic cover. You will take it out, using the hole where the Y plate was.

5. Remove the power regulator. You will take it out, using the hole where the Y plate was.

6. Locate the defective gantry

7. Cut two aluminum gantry drivers with a U shape, and glue them to each side of the broken gantry. Drill a hole through the plastic gantry and the two alu drivers, and secure them with a 3mm bolt and a nut

8. Put everything back in the door

The rear power window is as good as new...
