In this week video we are repairing my own car a Renault megane mk3 2013 but this job also applies to a vast range of vehicles, so going to work i've noticed a lot of noise and squeak coming from the front right suspension, at first i thought it was the strut mount and perhaps the strut mount bearing, but after some investigation we came to a conclusion that the lower ball joint was the problem.

Now the ball joint is fixed to the suspension arm by rivets therefore a whole new arm was needed costing 7 times the price of a ball joint itself, taking in consideration that the suspension arm bushings were fine in this video i show you a cheaper alternative to replace the ball joint only, a little bit more of elbow grease needed😊 but definitely cheaper ...
