In this video I show you how to remove the glass mirror, top cover and indicator unit from a wing/side/door mirror, without damaging any of the parts. The car shown here is a Peugeot 208, but the design is also shared with other models from PSA/Citroen such as the Peugeot 2008, Citroen C2/C3 etc.

It's very common for damage to occur to the mirror which is fragile. This method has always worked for me and never caused a problem. You might also need to do this to replace any damaged indicator housings (cracked etc), or for bulb replacement or if fitting an LED type version.
