This is a basic tool job, I couldn’t really video the injector as it’s a tight space, under the fuel line nut before you undo the injector clamp, twist whilst pulling the injector and it should come loose, use a hover and a straw to clean the around the injector before you remove it and once it’s removed to make sure the seat face is clean and nothing goes into the cylinder. I’d you don’t have a machine capable of programming the injector ring a couple of local garages and asks how much they would charge, shouldn’t be much as it takes literally 5 minutes.
