Here is a video that I could not find anywhere else so far...
This is a video on how to remove the gearbox on VW Tiguan 2012 2.0 TDI, but is also the same on plenty of 2.0 TDI engines that have got 4x4 drive system. In this case I have attempted removing the gearbox without removing the subframe to avoid it affecting the wheel alignment and also removal of a lot of extra parts that can be seized or brake.

It took a little bit more time, but as you can see it worked out ok!
This video is also handy if you would like to know how to remove the front Differential unit.

The torque settings are what I have managed to find on Autodata:

1. Road Wheels 120NM
2. Flywheel 60NM + 90Deg
3. Clutch pressure plate bolts 20NM
