How to Replace Throttle Body Assembly 2009-2017 Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0L L4

This video shows you how to install a new throttle body assembly from TRQ on your 2009-2017 Volkswagen Tiguan (2.0L L4). Rough idle, poor performance, and a check engine light are all signs of throttle body problems. If a thorough cleaning didn’t resolve the issues, you may need to replace the assembly.
Once the part is installed, you will need to use a manufacturer scan tool to perform a throttle body relearn.
This repair was done on a 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition 2.0L Sport Utility 4-Door AWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
