The video shows you how to replace the the ignition starter switch at a Volkswagen Passat 35i. For this repair the steering wheel, and the steering lock has to be removed. The late version of the 35i have a reduction sleeve on the steering column. Pulling the sleeve might be the most diffcult step of the repair. The video shows you how this can be managed using a 27 mm wrench under the puller.

Das Video zeigt den Wechsel des Zündanlasserschalter bei einem Volkswagen Passat 35i. Zum Wechsel müssen das Lenkrad und das Lenkradschloss demontiert werden. Bei den späten Versionen des 35i sitzt eine Reduzierhülse auf der Lenksäule. Das Abziehen der Hülse ist wohl der schwierigste Schritt der Raparatur. Das Video zeigt, wie man die Hülse mittels eines unterlegten Gabelschlüssels SW27 abziehen kann.
