2011 Golf 2.0 TDI running cool, with an erratic temperature reading. Usually at about 3/4 temperature but sometimes cooler and occasionally reaching 90°C on the gauge.
Faulty thermostat replaced.
This job would be much easier with a tight access hose clamp tool, but couldn’t find mine so had to struggle with various piers instead…
