I couldn't film the process by myself but had the thought to record SOMETHING so that maybe it can help someone else in the future.

Pull the serpentine tensioner toward yourself to release the belt.
Remove the top two bolts of the alternator.
Fully unscrew the bottom two bolts but leave them in as it's easier to pull them with the unit as it's being removed.
Pop off the connector, and unscrew the power return on the back of the unit.
Wiggle and carefully pull the unit out, and reinstall the new one.

Be sure to take pics while you go to remember orientation, and try to thread the hardest bolt first or second after aligning the new unit. I used a little bit of anti seize paste on the bolts.

This may take some effort but be patient, tightening the bottom screw with the wrench will take time and you're gonna have to fight it but it can be done.
