How to replace a crank sensor on a TFSI engine, this one is attached to a Volkswagen Golf Mk5 GTi but will be the same process for all TFSI 2.0 engines in the same platform like Audi A3, TT, S3 or Skoda Octavia, Seat Leon Cupra / Cupra R

Fault:
- speedo and rev counter sudden drop and reset
- failure to start

Fault code:
- P0321 - 008 (G28 Sensor) implausible signal

Part Number:
- GSF 929VG0331
- VAG 0 261 210 199

Tools required:
- Jack and axle stand
- flat head screwdriver
- 7, 8 and 10mm 1/4 inch sockets etc
- 5mm allen key (long)
