Arbeitsschritte:

- Räder demontieren
1. - Kontermutter am Spurstangenkopf lösen (15mm + 24mm Maulschlüssel)

2. - untere Mutter am Spurstangenkopf abschrauben (18mm Nuss/Schlüssel)

3. - Spurstangenkopf ausdrücken (Spurstangenkopfausdrücker + 24mm Maulschlüssel)

4. - Demontage des Spurstangenkopfes
den Kopf abdrehen und dabei unbedingt die Umdrehungen zählen (x-Mal)

5. - Montage des neuen Spurstangenkopfes
am Gewinde ansetzen und x-Mal drehen
festziehen (19mm Ringschlüssel + 5mm Innensechskant)
Kontermutter am Kopf festziehen (22mm + 24mm Maulschlüssel)

- Räder montieren (Drehmoment beachten)

Fertig

Solltet ihr euch beim Aufdrehen des Spurstangenkopfes verzählt haben bitte die Spureinstellungen in einer Fachwerkstatt überprüfen lassen!!

Work steps:

- Dismantle wheels
1st - loosen lock nut on tie rod end (15mm + 24mm open-end wrench)

2nd - unscrew lower nut at tie rod end (18mm nut/wrench)

3rd - push out the tie rod end (tie rod end push out tool + 24mm open-end wrench)

4th - disassembly of the tie rod end
unscrew the head and be sure to count the revolutions (x times)

5 - Mounting of the new tie rod end
place it on the thread and turn it x times
tighten (19mm ring wrench + 5mm hexagon socket)
Tighten the lock nut on the head (22mm + 24mm open-end wrench)

- Mount wheels (observe torque)
